Use this electronic form to submit a takedown notice under DMCA §512(c)(3), EU DSA Article 16, Japan's Information Distribution Platform Act, or UAE law. The same form satisfies all four jurisdictions (union-of-fields approach).

SLA: We will acknowledge receipt within 1 hour, complete initial triage within 24 hours, and reach a removal decision within 72 hours.
